Pool not heated year-round (6 mos maybe 7). Side doors unlocked 24/7 so NOT secure. Gates have been broken for several months - again, NOT secure. Transportation has been reduced. Not as great as the rental prices would indicate. Lovely residents & very close to everything are the positives.

Elevators are forever going out and takes over a month to repair. Good at making surface areas look nice, just don’t look too close. We have a large board that has been hanging off the eve of a 3 story building and no one seems to see a need to repair it. Most wood on patios and trim is rotten. We only get the trash picked up Monday & Thursday. The price went up but service hasn’t changed. We need trash pickups at least 3 times a week.
