Once a very nice property that you were proud to call home. Now it is in need of major maintenance. The management company has let the lawn and shrubs die, the buildings are not maintained and the maintenance on the apartments is somewhat shoddy. We have one elevator for three, three story buildings. The elevator is breaking down more and more as time goes on and not for a day, but for three plus days at a time. Right now the elevator will be down for possibly six weeks. That might be fine, but... most of the residents cannot walk up and down 3 flights of stairs.
When asked if we could get help with trash, groceries, mail and walking our dogs, we were told to call everyone that lives here to see if we could get help. Most of the residents cannot help and we do not know what to do.
Future residents need to keep all of this in mind. (Looks can be deceiving.) I am just hoping things will get better, but I am not going to hold my breath.
