It's hard to come by an apartment complex that really treats it's renters like family and takes care of the property like their own home. I love living here and this community is so amazing! Grass is always well kept, trash is never over flowing, staff (specifically Valeriya and Timmy) are AMAZING! Property goes above and beyond. Huge shoutout to this property's maintenance team. ALWAYS very quick and efficient.

Too noisy, neighbors don’t respect your apartment. Neighbors leave trash outside their doors as well as dog poop in plastic bags under the stairs. Neighbors bump on jumping on floor constantly. Front desk staff aren’t as personal as before. Plenty of yelling outside my window throughout the day.

We have enjoyed our first few months here at Orion McKinney! Our neighbors are friendly and many are making the effort to meet and greet each other. Very quiet community!
