I've been in these apartments for two years now and they by far have the best apartment management! Super organized, they make you feel like family and they have a team of fearless maintenance men on hand! They promptly take care of any issues your having big or small. I had FOUR yellow jacket nests on my patio- that maintenance man marched right up to them sprayed them and got them down, no fear, no hesitation, he looked death in the eye and conquered it. They also helped fix my toilet! Windy... is our favorite manager, she goes above and beyond and is the main reason we keep renewing our lease. Love this place!!

Microwave Like Responsiveness
The Orion McKinney team promptly responded to my request for kitchen appliance assistance by sending one of its two-man teams the following day.
After confirming my microwave was non-functioning, a team-member said they'd return within 15 minutes to install a new one. Upon returning within the stated amount on time, they proceeded to carefully remove the inoperable Whirlpool microwave and then installed a brand new GE microwave, with the same level of care.
Orion McKinney has afforded my... family and me easy on-call access to its onsite Maintenance team. Registering maintenance assistance (for a robust list of reasons as simple as HVAC filter changes) through our resident portal/ smartphone app is a VERY straightforward & SIMPLE process, akin to the home warranty plan I had as a twenty-year homeowner.
However, Orion McKinney's distinction is the level of professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and care its onsite Maintenance team-members continue to exhibit during each problem-resolution visit.
THIS has been an added value that my family and I have experienced since becoming community members two years ago.
