I didn’t listen to the horrible reviews for this property but i should have i don’t recommend you pay your money to try and rent with this property camilia (the assistant manager) was great but the property manager makes the final decision as to rather or not you’re approved and i don’t feel she’s qualified to be making that decision she doesn’t speak to you directly and you won’t be judged fairly you give them all the information you can and it still isn’t enough they keep asking for more... information until they deny you they’re very unprofessional and the process is very frustrating i meet the income requirements and my rental history is perfect yet i was still denied and like the other reviews say they say they negotiate yet they still send you an application with the website price and you’re judged based on that just don’t waste your time here they wasted 7 days of mine !
