Nice place. But I have become a recluse since my dog barks when I leave my apartment and my downstairs neighbor complains pretty much every time I’m gone. Since I have only left for maybe three hours at a time top to I don’t understand why she can’t be understanding. I have explained that my sweet 16 year old girl lost her dad last year and has severe separation anxiety. I can understand if it happened every day even once a week maybe and I’m being generous here three times a month. Sometimes I... need to go to doctor appointments or maybe even get a haircut. I actually need cataract surgery but have canceled due to my downstairs neighbor. I understand that the barking is annoying but seriously maybe three hours a couple times a month should be tolerated. It’s going to stop as soon as I get home.

Satisfactory. I would not want to move.
I believe my monthly rent is okay now. I think I am charged maximum presently and should not be raised in the future. Basic monthly is 2800 plus garage and utilities.
