I’m happy with the apartment I’m living in.. But as far as the activities that goes on here there’s not much to do if you like playing cards, poker and Mexican train and bingo.. and fitness classes.

Poor communications between staff and residents on events and issues. Calendar posting do not accurately reflect events. Classes mentioned to prospective tenants and the fact "we don't have the budget" for classes seem at odds of good representation of Larkspur. Still waiting pn those cabinet doors for the second year.

Not well maintained. Promised new cabinet doors are no where to be seen. Outdoor fans and landscaping need work. No communication between management and residents has lead to gossip and confusion on what is being done and how. Need to curtail the ambassador program and ask for volunteers to help with programs and events.Just transitioning to our 4th manager so hoping somethings may be looked at
