We moved in in April 2023. Our cottage is large compared to others in the area. We enjoy all our new friends we have made. The activities such as the almost daily bingo games give us a chance to socialize. The Friday night singles are nice. We had the best resident led NewcYears Eve Party 2026. I do miss property sponsored field trips though.

I think that Larkspur at Shadow Creek is a wonderful community. There are activities for the the residents participation and chances to mingle and share ideas. Friendships are formed and nurtured.

I have been a resident at Larkspur for five years. Regretfully it’s time for me to move on. The property has changed…I’m truly disappointed that the property has not been maintained…with cleaning of interior hall carpet and the outside grounds being neglected. Management seems to not make these issues a priority. Sad, because this was a beautiful property and the residents who address their concerns are not considered.

High rent. Low maintenance. Residents do not get their moneys worth. This is a nice facility that is going down fast. How can anyone expect 2 men and 1 maid to maintain this large facility.
