I was hesitant about a 55 Active Adult Community UNTIL I walked into JOVIE PFLUGERVILLE !!! It's simple AMAZING !! Beautiful STAFF and VERY Friendly Residents !! High End Design - very Spacious Apartments. Quiet - Clean and every activity you can think of that you may want to do. Simple wonderful. Glad my Sister and I moved here together.

?????????? Excellent & Prompt Maintenance Service!
We are beyond grateful for the incredible service we received from our maintenance team! My husband went to the office and verbally gave the issue that was happening in our apartment. Before we could even finish submitting our request online, they had already shown up and gotten straight to work. Talk about efficiency and dedication!
They identified the issue quickly, handled it with care and professionalism, and made sure everything was... working perfectly before they left. It’s such a relief to know we have a maintenance team that truly cares and responds with urgency and excellence.
My husband and I are so thankful to have them. Their kindness, promptness, and quality of work did not go unnoticed. Truly five-star service!
