You have problems anywhere. This Apartment Complex has the same issue all the time. My mother lived there for 3 years. She went without hot water for a month. Then it broke down. It took another month to get it fixed. Then the alarm was always going off. The elevators don’t work most of the time. The appliance, the cheapest you can buy. They have a toll a way Service will toll your car off and you have to pay for it. Even if your care is registered . The manager will let you know it’s not their... responsibility. They need a new management team. They are not friendly or approachable. You have to make an appointment before you can walk into the office. There was a different manager there when my mom moved in his name was Jeff the best manager. My mom moved out because of the manager also she could smell cigarette smoke n her Hall way she reported it. Nothing was done. Now they allow smoking in the apartments. This used to be a good place to live I wouldn’t put my worst enemy there. Much less my loved one. For what you have to live with not worth it. They increase your rent each year by a 100.00 dollars or more just depend On what apartment you live in. Not a happy place!

No hot water again; no communication again
Hello holiday weekend and hello Problems with no management in sight. Water has been lukewarm since Friday and the boiler room is wide open for anyone to walk in. And woke up to bags of trash in hallway because, I guess, trash service not operating Sunday evening, but no notice. I really wanted to love living here but finding that harder as the days pass.

NO HOT WATER FIR 5 DAYS
I would not recommend moving to this property. We have not had hot water for five days. The manager has not sent out a notice does not communicate with us as to when we will have hot water do not move here

Letters were delivered to residents’ doors communicating this improvement. Please let us know if this is not a preferred form of communication.
The boilers are running perfectly. We are currently in lease-up and not at full resident capacity. This... is causing an inconsistent flow of hot water. It has to come out warm at first before it can get hot.
Our master plumbers are in the process of upgrading the recirculating pumps to get the water to each unit more rapidly. This is scheduled to be completed today.
We do apologize for this inconvenience.

New 55+ Community Great Living Facilities
I just moved in Feb 1st, New Apartment all the amenities, I need very quite no noisy neighbors for sure. Gated community. New clean up to date appliances, internet, cable and all connections you need. Great wooded community, nearby Walmart, HEB, Kroger, and great selection of dining in the area. Convenient to Grand Parkway 99, and Woodlands and I-45. Medical facilities in Tomball and Woodlands. Staff here is very friendly and helpful in every respect.
