There is a pleasant atmosphere throughout the apartment complex. My neighbors always say hello. The pool is clean and maintenance is 5 star. Management is so pleasant to work with. There are always functions to attend. I have enjoyed my stay for the last 1 1/2 years.

I truly appreciate this community. To have a living space that is comfortable and quiet, where one can work, think, create, and sleep (it is vital, after all), when tranquility is so rare is something I do not take for granted. The management representatives are approachable and friendly, and address questions and concerns promptly. The maintenance seem to know how to fix problems as they arise, which, when the weather can turn on a dime, is also very much appreciated! In a city where apartment... living is not always the easiest, it is good to feel one has an actual home, and at least a handful of neighbors to laugh with and be there for each other in case of emergency. Life is hard. Home should be a sanctuary.

Our experience at the Laurel has been very satisfactory and enjoyable. We moved here from another senior living complex which offered little or no security, cramped living space and no social life. We plan to stay here and recommend it to others.
