Office staff is terrible, rude and abrasive. If they can speak to family they way I was spoken to, I would hate to see how they speak to their elderly residents. I fear for the safety of the residents with the hostility that I was approached with. I have told my family to report and record all conversations with the office leasing staff. If you care about your loved one look for a different place than here.

We do not have to deal with the unreliable elevators because we are on the 1st floor. However, we would not care to live on 2nd or 3rd for that reason. Lastly, we can say "The Hamilton is not perfect, but it is perfect for us."

Management doest respond to problems. The maintenance is nonexistent. The pest control we pay for is not working and all I get is excuses. The gated community has one gate that hasnt been closed the 2 months I have been here. The halls smelt good and was kept clean when I first moved in and I am not sure what happened but now it smells like a nursing home most of the time dirty bed pans... ugh. I would like to speak to someone outside of this properties management team.
