I have been very happy living here until Jan 1st and I was surprised they are not honoring the deal IWas told 5 months free but only received 4 didn’t realize I had to pay the fifth month and was told there was nothing they could do so I need to pay rent or leave the apartment. I explained I didn’t know I had to pay so I didn’t have it I working so hard to figure out how to solve the problem and on the 5th I got a letter to pay or leave immediately.it had only been 4 day since rent was due. I... would think they would give some grace they will get their money it’s just going to take a few more days. Also to be pet friendly they going to have to know a dog is going to bark my dog only bark maybe 3 or 4 th times a day when she gets excited on the balcony which I made safe for her to be on but putting a net double sided so she can run around a little because the dog park is not safe for her she is a very small dog a will run through the fence which I offered to put the netting around it and was that I couldn’t and that the apartment would do it but still has not happened it’s been 2 months.
