If I could give 0 stars, I would. The front office is rude, unprofessional, and treats tenants like they are an inconvenience. They raise rent despite never fixing anything. They advertise 24 hour surveillance yet they have none. ADA doors broken for 9 months and call box still broken for package deliver. ADA door finally fixed after complaints made to Disability Law Center. When te inform management they are moving, why and their complaints or concerns they won't even talk to them about it or... apologize they just get ignored. Cheryl leasing manager brings her puppy to work had on top of desk as well as has tenants babysit puppy and leaves with tenants overnight and on weekends.

Silvercrest Senior Community
FANTASTIC ! Love this place. The Manager/staff are like family. They truly care about their residents. I feel 100% safe and secure in my new apartment. The grounds are beautiful and very well manicured. The apartment inside is so warm and invited. It is close to everything I need.

With our community we are striving to share an... experience, with the gorgeous gardens and surroundings, including our library, game, movie and craft rooms. Our foundation is the happy residents.
