Stay away
No exercise room, no resident activities, mgmt. is uncaring and rude, first floor restrooms have been closed since the beginning of Covid. Hallways and stairwells are dirty. Pet fee is $400.00, not $250.00 as shown. Rent goes up every year. If you can find another place, go there.
