Awful front staff is rude, do not have secured entrance. Homeless can walk right in. Hallways are filthy. No security and when told Frye Properties apparently they had them turn the lights on the scanner to make us think it was secure. Unfortunately all you have to do is pull open the door to get in. Main entrance doesn't even have an emergency button installed. So when the fore department came they had to walk around to the only door that was unlocked. Shame on you.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed your experience has not met your satisfaction and our high standards. We take your concerns seriously and would like to provide some clarification. Our doors are secure, with all but two fully... operational after recent storm damage, and repairs are ongoing. Safety is a top priority so the fire department always has access via a lockbox at the front door with the exception of an isolated key issue that we quickly resolved. Please reach out to us directly so we can better understand and address your concerns regarding the hallway cleanliness and your unsatisfactory integration with our staff. We are constantly striving to improve our processes and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
