I moved in 3 years ago. Since then my rent has gone up $400. The elevator didn’t work for months this year and even after it was supposedly fixed it would stop working for days or weeks at a time. Going up to the third floor with groceries has been hell. There’s no air conditioning in the hallways, or elevator so in the summer it’s sweltering. I’m hoping to move out soon. Nobody is happy to live here.
