I worked with Alicia to reserve an apartment at Affinity. She was so helpful. I was leaving on vacation and needed to get the process done fast. She took care of all the details so quickly and efficiently, responding with emails and phone calls to get my apartment reservation set up before I left. Sadly, during my vacation, I had a health issue arise that made me cancel my move to Affinity. Again, Alicia was so helpful in getting my deposit refunded. She went above and beyond through all... of this process. Affinity is fortunate to have such a caring, competent and cheerful person on their staff.
