A Glorious Four Months
My husband and I wanted to experiment with apartment living after 50 years in the same home in Illinois. We also wanted to be near family in Kennewick, Washington. Our stay at Affinity at Southridge was fantastic. The staff was wonderful at helping us adjust. Maintenance was taken care of in a timely manner. There were many amenities to choose from and I think we ended up using them all. Many of the residents became friends/family in a short time. The hospital, shopping, restaurants, and... church were minutes away. It was a beautiful setting and we hope to return for a longer period of time. Bonnie and David

Not Worth It
This is more of a retirement home; lots of people with walkers. Cheap appliances, shotty air conditioner units, management is pathetic and has no respect for the tenants. Recently, units were entered WITHOUT tenants consent, and WITHOUT giving a 48 hour notice (which is required by law). For the amount of money paid to live here, it's not worth it.

Affinity Apartments
Behold, I have found the Perfect Apartment. I was looking to down size from a three bedroom home and in the process I came across the AFFINITY APARTMENTS. I did not have too sacrifice size - in fact I UPSIZED! I now have an Indoor Heated Pool & Spa, Fitness Center, Billiards/Card & Game Rooms, Library, Movie Theater, Arts/Crafts Studio & Workshop, Outdoor Kitchen & BBQ, Guest Suite for Family & Friends and a whole lot more! Over 30,000 Square feet of extra Living Space! These are just some of... the Amenities included with my Apartment. My spacious apartment includes all Utilities, Free Internet, Cable TV, Full Size Kitchen, Full size Washer & Dryer and a Roomy Bathroom. Plus they have an onsite Salon, Pub, Community Room, Family Dining Room, Multipurpose Room and a WHOLE Lot More...The Staff is Incredible, The Apartments - Superb and the Grounds Impeccable. This is truly a wonderful place to live.
