No a/c in the bedrooms in the flats building. You roast in the summer. The tiny washer and dryers take forever to do laundry and you cannot wash a regular size blanket. Don’t sign up for autopay to pay your rent because you cannot rely on the rent amount to be correct and if they overcharge you you have to wait a month to get your refund. The people move in and out so much the building shows much wear and tear. No grounds keeper for many months and there is garbage everywhere. They don’t seem to... care they know another poor unsuspecting soul will come along.
