It is too bad management does not listen to residents. Havingthree out of three elevators down for even one hour is unacceptable let alone days ata time

We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to improving communication and resolving maintenance issues as quickly as possible. We would like to respectfully clarify that, according to our records, all three elevators have not been out of... service simultaneously. We understand that even the temporary loss of one or two elevators is inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience while repairs were completed however there was never a time that we did not have at least one or more elevators servicing the residents of Destinations Lynnwood.
