We were one of the first couples to move into this senior apartment building, which is listed as for low-income seniors over 55. The Koz on Weaver Road in Snohomish is great as a retirement apartment building for seniors. It has an elevator, a gym, and plenty of rooms for parties and meetings. Many of the people who live here get together to decorate the halls for the holidays and also they hold frequent get-togethers. There is plenty of room to walk around inside and outside the building, many... people own dogs and walk them outside every day. This property has been a wonderful living arrangement for my client with a disability. It is wheelchair accessible and his studio apartment is spacious. The community is friendly and the Manager, Kim has been very welcoming and was helpful in making his move in go smoothly. She has made herself available for any questions he has. My client enjoys living here very much.
