As Yakima’s only Life Plan Community, The Terraces offers the freedom and independence you want today, along with peace of mind for the future. Independent living, assisted living, long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation are all available on one beautiful campus should your needs ever change.

We do not charge an application fee. There is a one-time community fee of $2,500 to reserve your apartment of choice for 30 days. This fee is non-refundable.

We offer many flexible pricing options. Please contact us to learn more. Monthly fees vary depending on the size and type of apartment home you choose. For most residences, dining, housekeeping and utilities are included.
