This is a job where patience, sensitivity, knowledge, good listener and sense of humor are critical. A smile goes a long way.
Concerns:
Remodeling using hardwood flooring…increase in noise level. Inconsistency with rules:
ie-bird... feeders, wind chimes, pets allowed in buildings other than 10, walkers left in front lobby, furniture thrown away in/by dumpster.

Appreciate seeing updates being made.
New roofs, hallway painting, carpets cleaned, garage washed out, patio lights replaced, furniture and paintings updated in floor lobbies to name a few. Read More

Suggestions I enjoy living here. Maintenance is wonderful and the grounds are beautiful. But it would be really a wonderful thing to have proper sidewalks especially for us who use a cane walker or wheelchair. There are some areas that you can’t get through unless you’re in the road And that could be quite hazardous. Also, if you would have button door openers for many of us, it is difficult to handle packages parts and open knobs. Please consider these improvements as it will make life much... more pleasant. Also, I do wish you would update the appliances as they must be as old as the building. They are very beat up and the sink is quite ugly.
