We lived here for a year when we first moved to Eau Claire. We were very pleased with the apartment and the location - easily walkable to downtown! The neighborhood is safe and seems like mostly college kids. For the price we paid, you really can't beat it (although the prices have raised since then).

Pros: location, price, amenities (laundry, storage, secure entry), can't hear neighbors through walls

Cons: small parking area, some units are outdated

The photo in this listing doesn't properly represent what it looks like currently. Poorly maintained and not a good neighborhood. Not a property I would rent. Owned by a property management company and I've seen a couple of their places and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. No cleaning had been done before the showing and I smelled second hand smoke in what's advertised as a non-smoking building. If you're going to set up rules please enforce them.
