Fabulous Senior Apartments
Great location. Large upaded apartments for a very reasonable price.

It is not smoke free & homogenous(No Diversity)
It states online & on premises that it is smoke free within & on the property. The property manager is on premises 5 hours M-F and is unable to enforce the rules they have made for the residents.They knowingly rent to smokers and everybody knows smokers are going to smoke and turn everything to garbage I have lived in smoke free housing for the last decade with no problems with enforcement. What is the problem with Oakbrook Corp. & Oakwood Homes?
