I applied in April and paid the application fee. No response from Highline. I left 5 messages, wrote emails, no response. I called their parent company and they said there was staff turnover and that's why no one responded. I emailed and spoke to Adriana at the Highline and only received excuse after excuse. No update on my application, no apologies, no idea if Iwould have a pkace to live. I left messages for Wisconsin Management and, again, no response. They answered the phone and offered to have me join in their activities so I could see how nice it is. No one else was this nice. I would give more than 5 stars!

I needed a safe place to live while pursuing two hip replacements. This is it: elevators, handrails, extra wide doors, spacious walk-in shower with grab bars, laundry in unit.
Modern with high quality appliances. But design details to please older folks: traditional windows that open and have screens, wide windowsills for houseplants.
They accept pets. I’m glad to have my cat. Cute dogs live here.
People are nice.
