Maintenance repairs
Have had a bad leaking kitchen faucet for two weeks and I had to call a plumber to install a new faucet that I purchased , and pay for it out of my own pocket .
Work requests take a long time to get completed here .

Bad don't bother
Manager and maintenance don't care about the residents and don't know how to handle situations very outdated interior hallways stink broken tiles in entry area broken and or missing light covers in hallways emergency lights non operational very bad
