I love being a tenant at Perilli Apartments! Being that this is my husband and I's first home together, we could not have asked for better service, more reliable/trustworthy landlords, and top-tier living spaces at great price points. Living at Killarney Drive, we are close to major Morgantown landmarks (i.e. WVU Health Sciences, Ruby Memorial Hospital, University Town Center, great restaurants, etc.). Gene and Brad are the best and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property... in and around the Morgantown area!
