Up Keep

I've lived here since June '18 lately I have a noticed that the grounds aren't kept up as nice as they should be. There's definitely a lack of maintenance with this place, I'm disappointed in the curb appeal, lack of amenities the community room is only open on "Mondays" only and locked the rest of the week. It's a bit over priced in my opinion for what is offered, if you need anything fixed it takes quite a while to get things fixed. The back of parking area really needs sprucing up, I have... noticed that tenets park in visitor parking so no room for visitors to park.
