I moved in just a few weeks ago. The place is kept immaculate! The residents are very friendly and helpful. Lisa, Monica S and Monica A are the best team in managing this complex!

I love living here. The staff go above and beyond to be helpful and resolve any issues. My unit is a perfect size for me and is equipped with all the necessary appliances. There are so many assorted activities. I love the continental breakfast every morning. The grounds are beautiful kept as is the entire building. The location is perfect. So close to shops, restaurants and the hospital. The residents are friendly and look out for one another. I couldn’t be happier!

As I have stated in the past Avenida is a beautiful Senior community. Apartments are very comfortable and safe and the location is excellent. Quiet yet within minutes of an array of shopping, dining and entertainment
