I enjoy living here. It is quiet and administration. Staff is helpful, realistic, and friendly. They take care of whatever is needed as soon as possible which is quick. They have activities planned for us here which is nice.

The complex is always clean and well-maintained. The management team is professional, helpful, and responsive. Kim, the Assistant Manager, is WONDERFUL. I’ve had a great experience living here. It’s friendly and comfortable.

Good: It's quiet. Parking is horrible and have to pay all utilities.. Gas, water, trash, electricity, garahe pr carport like living in a house. People leave there car parked foe several months.

Overture Riverwalk staff are friendly, available, helpful, engaging, innovative, caring. I have enjoyed my residency here especially all the activities which allow residents to mingle, get to know one another, help one another & support the staff & residents.
