This property has went down tremendously ever since they changed property managers , other staff in the leasing office.The staircase smell like weed when this is supposed to be a non smoking property. The concierge’s are extremely rude & disrespectful. The staff are messy talk about staff , maintenance walk through hallways doing nothing but playing , talking to females , on the phone & using profanity. PLEASE BELIEVE WHAT THE REVIEWS SAY ?? I wish I did.

I can so I have been staying here for over a year and I enjoy the peace and friendly kind people here at The Apollo. All the staff is wonderful starting with Mason the property manager, Jaida, Amari, Allison in leasing office. They are so helpful and caring. They help me anytime I need help they do not have a problem explaining anything if I do not understand. They always speaking when I pass by them. I am grateful for Delonte and Michael the maintenance men. They come at a timely manner to fix... anything I have a problem with and they don’t mind explaining what they are doing as well. If they need more time to repair something they let me know with no problem. The concierge staff is awesome as well. Especially with my packages. I always have a package coming. They are friendly and so understanding. Overall I am just so grateful to have caring people that make me feel so happy and safe here.

Third year at The Apollo and still loving it. The staff, area, and community are great and it makes my DC experience worthwhile. I would definitely recommend The Apollo to anybody moving to the DMV.

Terrible

I've been living in this apartment more than two years. The maintenance team have been doing a horrible job lately. They just complete the work orders without even addressing the issues or even worse they mess up the work orders with other apartments. Also, in the past 4 weeks 4 packages have been lost by the front desk of the building. This apartment and the maintenance team used to be managed much better than this. At this point I am considering breaking my contract and moving out.
