Definitely had a great year living here so far, the staff here goes above and beyond, the amenities get cleaned daily, and the location is amazing and easily walkable being right in between NOMA and Capitol Hill. Only suggestion would be more mirrors in the gym, get rid of boxing area and put weights up there instead.

The Apollo services maintenance is pretty quick service. And I wish they could have let me know about amenity costs. I wish I could pay one time instead of every year. I wasn't expecting that. This building is good.

The concierge and maintenance team are great! However, pool season has started and the roof has been under construction, it should have been started but for some reason they started it the month of pool season
