LOVE living here!!
I absolutely LOVE Cortland. I live in Boca Uptown currently and because of my experience here, I have decided to extend my stay within the Cortland community. Their property, their community, my neighbors and the environment around me makes me truly happy living here. I know things are not always perfect when living in an apartment community but the staff has always been so attentive and helps/listens to all my needs or wants. I know they are all great but Kamiyah has been truly a blessing. She... is easy to talk to, helps see things through and always offers her assistance even when I'm not "asking" for it but she just knows when I really need it. How amazing is that!! That's when you know you live in a community/property that cares about their residents.

After living here for a while, I can tell that apart from the amenities, the atmosphere and the amazing close by plaza, also the team in the office are great. They are very much service oriented, especially Kamiyah that always wants to do her best for the residents and even in a more complex situation she is always trying to provide the personal solution
