Cortland West Boynton has been my favorite out of two other complex’s since moving to South Florida. Neighbors are respectful and the complex feels safe, all the staff from leasing to maintenance are wonderful and genuinely care about creating a great community, the grounds and amenities are well kept, they also regularly host community events. I’m proud to call Cortland my home.

I was impressed with the maintenance team. The community works on preventive maintenance which makes everything run smoothly. I have never had this experience in my previous residence. I'm really glad they take this approach instead of waiting for maintenance tickets to come in. So far, this has been the most impressive of living here beside of the cleanest community I've seen.
