I have lived here at Overture Dr. Phillips for over five years. It is a great place to live. Don't hesitate if you are looking for a great place. It is close to ao many things, like grocery, restaurants, WalMart, hospital and medical offices. In addition to all that, perhaps more importantly, the staff here is great. Barbara. Oscar, Michelle and Cliff are always ready to help you with anything. Living in a house, you know how hard it is to get a repairman. Here, if your washing machine, or... anything breaks down, Cliff it ready to help you in a very short time. Besides all that, you'll have some great neighbors.

So far so good. It feels more like a community here rather than a complex, which I think folks our age would appreciate. Activities provide access to community and there seem to be many. It is also very quiet where need be and that is appreciated.

Overture Dr. Phillips has been our home for almost seven years. We have really enjoyed it here. The staff, the neighborhood, the amenities, the residents are all very nice. Walmart and Whole Foods are within walking distance, and Trader Joes and Publix are a short drive from here. Maintenance is friendly and prompt, if something breaks. It is a quiet environment. As far as we know, there is not a better 55 building in Orlando.
