I am very happy here. I particularly like the heated pool, the staff, and the residents. Like many others using a walker, I do occasionally have brief conversations with others about difficulties with heavy doors as we try to go through them, and the most common comment is, “I won’t be able to live here if I ever get any weaker,” but it okay so far.

Overture Dr. Phillips has been a wonderful place for us these past (almost!) seven years. We have really enjoyed it here. The staff is great! Everything is kept in tiptop shape. The neighborhood has all one would want: a hospital, good doctors and dentists, Publix, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Walmart. We highly recommend Overture Dr. Phillips.

I have lived here at Overture Dr. Phillips for over five years. It is a great place to live. Don't hesitate if you are looking for a great place. It is close to ao many things, like grocery, restaurants, WalMart, hospital and medical offices. In addition to all that, perhaps more importantly, the staff here is great. Barbara. Oscar, Michelle and Cliff are always ready to help you with anything. Living in a house, you know how hard it is to get a repairman. Here, if your washing machine, or... anything breaks down, Cliff it ready to help you in a very short time. Besides all that, you'll have some great neighbors.
