Avana Palm Beach Gardens is located in the city of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The community is located close to shops, restaurants, businesses and surrounding beaches amongst other entertainment venues. The amenities here are great to enjoy for all ages. The apartments are uniquely designed and energy efficient. The staff are amazing, supportive and neighbors are friendly. It’s a great community to call home!

I’ve lived at Avana Palm Beach Gardens for three years and have had a great experience. The grounds are always well maintained, and I’ve never had any issues in the community. The office staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if something comes up. It’s been a comfortable and welcoming place to live, and I’ve enjoyed my time here.
