Its an amazing place to live. Close to the plaza and Publix. Up to date pools, gym, and mailroom. Tons of greenery, birds singing all day, wildlife flying and fish by the lakes. I have lived here for 2 years now. Maintenance and management are quick, efficient, and get the job done as soon as you need help! I love it, I don't plan on moving anytime soon. This is definitely the spot for me and my family.

The location is great and the community is visually appealing. However, my experience was impacted by maintenance issues in my unit and unexpected fees during an internal transfer. Greater transparency and better handling of resident concerns would be needed for me to recommend this community.

I love everything about living here at Avana, and plan to renew my lease in the next few months.

I wouldn’t rent here. It’s expensive for what you get. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. Nastiness is painted over and over and over never cleaned first.

A wonderful place to stay with ample greenery and natural beauty blessed with a lake and all shopping outlets in a nearby proximity. The property is superbly designed for natural ambience, calm and quiet atmosphere with a swimming pool, gym etc, a one stop engagement for peaceful living.
