I loved Mira Flores at the beginning until I realized it was all for perception.
Summer 1. AC wouldnt keep up ( 80 deg min temp)
Excuse #1 my filter was the wrong size
Excuse #2 my thermostat was a smart thermostat and it don't work with our older systems.
Excuse #3 I should leave my system on 74 all day every day?

I was an HVAC business owner , I shared what was wrong and they finally replaced the condenser outside.

Summer #3 when it was time to renew the office sent me renewal but only... sent 1 sign page.
After the bank didn't auto draft my payment ( Because Mira Flores Office failed to complete auto draft forms) the rent didn't draft from my bank like it had done for the past two years so on day 3 ( 3 days late mind you) (Mira Flores Fault)
The office sent me a Eviction Notice ( 3 days late) The office said it was automatic and they had no idea.
They told me what they did but never apologized .

Another issue was while the roofers were re-roofing the roofing contractor saw I wasnt there during the day so they would park in my carport space.
The space next to mine was vacant for months so I used it while the roofers were working . 3 days later I get an email stating I was parking in someone elses parking spot!! WHAT?? really? Day after day I put up with the roofers keeping me from parking and I get the email?

Issue #4 whenever I travel for 2 or more weeks I come back to my apartment smelling like a zoo.
I was told because I turn my AC up to 78 while im gone for long trips.
Suggested I leave it at 74? Nothing to do with my down stairs neighbor with 2 cats and 2 dogs? No apologies just acusals .. I'm done with Mire Flores and their kiddy toilets !

Mira Flores is a beautiful, peaceful community with a lot of great people. Many of my neighbors have lived here for years and years, which I think is a sign of a pretty great place!

Mira Flores is close to stores, restaurants, large shopping mall and Downtown at the Gardens location for the movies and health stores. Some are within walking distance. Mira Flores has a nice area to walk around.

karen and the rest of the office staff as well as the maintenance team are great. i have been a resident for many years and have numerous different units and they are always willing to help me with any issues and are very kind, patient, understanding and accommodating i feel safe and welcomed in the community and the amenities are great as well. i am very happy living here
