Since my first encounter with a tour of the community, the application process that followed, and my eventual move-in, I have had nothing short of a positive experience. I find it a wonderful place to live. A welcoming feeling of care, celebration, and family both, from the staff and fellow-residents. I appreciate the care & thoughtfulness that goes into everything the staff does from: planning activities and events to the security, the beauty.and pristine cleanliness & order, inside and out. Annabelle on Main in Duluth is a wonderful experience. The friendships , special dinners, movies, parties cleanness, for 55 and older. I’m 83 and we have a wonderful staff that actually cares for everyone, maintenance is always their when you need them not days from when you have called about a problem

I have lived here for 6 months and I love living here. The property is well kept. My only complaint is the elevators always stink like dog. I have thought about putting up a deodorizer in the elevator. The grounds are well kept. My neigbors are very friendly. The office staff are all very professional and very personable. I do have plans on renewing my lease in October.
