Great Apartments in a Great Location

Great place to call home!! The staff are so friendly and they made the application process very easy, but there are two pools at the property!!

Nice place to live

Nice place to live, close to downtown. Staff is very professional and very engaging. Whenever I had an issue; they were sure to send maintenance out to fix the problem! It has served the purpose during my stay, and I would definitely recommend to others!

I wish I'd never moved in here

My renovated apt is only cosmetically renovated. A/C is over 30 years old. It doesn't work most of the time.
They won't replace it.
The renovation people are loud loud loud and dirty, they throw trash on people's patios and by our front doors. We can't ask them please not to because they don't speak English or maybe they pretend they don't understand? I don't know. I just wish they didn't do that. Also these apts flood. It's terrible. If I didn't have a lease I'd move out next week.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

Not if you want a/c that works. Or not if you want plumbing to work. And not if you want maintenance to be done in a timely manner! The big "renovation" and upgrade of the apts is cosmetic not real upgrades. The AC is over 40 years old and several apts need new ones. They haven't gotten them even in the heatwave. The place floods. Downstairs apts get floods from upstairs apts plumbing when it's left to rot. Lived here 3 months and am DONE. Wish I'd never moved here.
