Fix the Washers and Dryers on Apartment side 80% of the washers don’t wonk and 50% of the dryers are out of order and have not worked properly sense march of last year. This is ridiculous and impacting my decision on lease renewal

Nice place to live, close to downtown. Staff is very professional and very engaging. Whenever I had an issue; they were sure to send maintenance out to fix the problem! It has served the purpose during my stay, and I would definitely recommend to others!

My renovated apt is only cosmetically renovated. A/C is over 30 years old. It doesn't work most of the time.
They won't replace it.
The renovation people are loud loud loud and dirty, they throw trash on people's patios and by our front doors. We can't ask them please not to because they don't speak English or maybe they pretend they don't understand? I don't know. I just wish they didn't do that. Also these apts flood. It's terrible. If I didn't have a lease I'd move out next week.
