3 months ago I wrote a google review about my terrible experience and I wanted to share it here to help warn more people. To begin we had 4 stove in the span of 9 months of our lease. Had a loaner stove for about 5 of those so then I left my review. THAT DAY the area manager called. I wish I could remember the area managers name but she was really sweet and helpful and was actually the person who helped us get into the lease when we initially inquired. She was shocked to hear about our issues... and let us know that this complex does not keep accurate records as there were no work orders relating to our stove/oven issues. She did get us a new(new to us at least) stove delivered the next day. However the issue persisted with repeated shut offs. It's clear the issue is electrical rather than the stove itself unless that are just bringing the same stoves back. Hopefully it gets sorted for the next tenants.

We have sent them our intent to move our several times and have received not confirmation or response for them regarding what is needed from us for move out. Instead the consistently just send us offers to renew and every time we inform them we have already turned in our notice. We have documentation on our end showing that we did provide it to them as we were worried something like this would happen and are prepared to take legal action if necessary.

Ultimately my review stands. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The staff is nice but incredibly unhelpful and the residents are rude and inconsiderate. Find somewhere better Read More

People who want to live here should be careful. The apartments are full of cockroaches, and they're not doing anything to fix this problem. I signed a contract to rent an apartment, and when I discovered the apartments were infested with cockroaches, I immediately decided to cancel the contract. They're trying to force me to pay two months' rent for breach of contract. I've already sought legal advice, but future tenants should be very careful with these apartments and make sure your apartment... is in good condition before signing the contract. The property is upgrading a lot of new features to the apartments! I love the new granite countertops and smart thermostat! The staff always goes above and beyond to keep the community clean.
