This is really a great building for seniors to live in, the owner is very good about up-keeping the building, it is basically a very clean building as the tenants here seem to appreciate not just the building but the location. Everything is within walking distant here, and there is Washington Square Park and Moody Church Park to enjoy the warm weather....coffee shops restaurants and more are just a few blocks away, all with in a 5 minute walk.
