I have lived at the Avidor in Evanston for a little over a year. I am very happy to be in this location (I can walk to so many places). I like the newness of the Avidor - convenient in-unit laundry &
an elevator!! The staff is great. They keep the bldg very clean. Maintenance request are handled fast (within 24 hours.). I can’t say enough about how well this bldg is managed

The Avidor is a friendly community in the heart of Evanston. The location is convenient in terms of transportation, close to both the El and the Metra, which is especially helpful for residents who have not yet retired. We love the fact that it is close to the lake and a number of great restaurants. And the building itself is clean and modern, with a number of nice amenities.

The Avidor is not just an apartment building, but a strong community within the well maintained building. It is a great place for active older adults looking to enjoy the offerings of the Avidor - get-togethers, fitness, great staff, concierge, activities, and much more. I moved here three months ago and I absolutely made the best decision in moving here.
