The Avidor is not just an apartment building, but a strong community within the well maintained building. It is a great place for active older adults looking to enjoy the offerings of the Avidor - get-togethers, fitness, great staff, concierge, activities, and much more. I have lived at Avidor Evanston since its beginning in June 2020 and I thoroughly enjoy many aspects of the community. It has an experienced and caring manager and staff, residents are friendly and good neighbors. Our building is clean; upkeep has been exceptional. When I have had a concern, it has been timely addressed by the property manager. I love the high quality appliances and equipment. It is a beautiful place for me to live.
