Not professional
This place is not professional at all. The manager scheduled an appointment with my mother to look at an apartment and he did not show up. She waited an hour for him after driving 3 hours to get there. She received no courtesy call. He just didnt show up. She is very angry is frustrated. Why would someone do this?!
