How Is This Rating Determined?

I went here to look

They tried very hard to steer me to an efficiency. Which I let them know not interested. I have a wheelchair and walker. No chance that and furniture will fit. I wish them best of luck. Also asked about pets no pets. While waiting a woman walked down with a dog.
