Terrible
Despite what they say, this is not a 55 and older building. I feel misled. It's also a very loud building. No one cleans or cares for the laundry rooms. The neighborhood is very loud, including the boxing club in the old fire station across the street which runs a party bus from that property. UPS and Amazon can't deliver in the building so good luck getting packages. There are teenagers and babies in the building so that "55 and better!" line is a LIE. After months trying to contact the... regional manager, nothing. I can't wait to move.

A great place!
I have lived here now for about 15 months with no problems..a beautiful, spacious apartment, and a great price. This building is also controlled access..and the manager knows her stuff with lots of experience. Many apart.ents seem to fail..while this apartment property is a tot win..Love it here!! Rob R.
