I have been living here since August of 2023 and I’ve been in apartment life since 2018 and I have to say this is the absolute WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. You’ll be charged monthly fees that are not disclosed upon signing your lease, you may not get the apartment you’re told you’re getting, and maintenance requests? You might as well not even put them in because nothing will be fixed. Even if it’s a safety concern. The managers don’t care about anything but getting people on... the hook to sign a lease. Their communication skills are non-existent and the apartments are extremely overpriced for what you get (especially considering the management that comes with it.) The floors are cheap and they paint over all kinds of imperfections on the walls. Honestly I could go on and on, if I could rate 0 stars I would. Save yourself the headache, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE
Not worth what they charge. They keep a new staff. They won’t handle anything wrong with your apartment. Someone is always moving out. They don’t care about there tenants.

DONT BE FOOLED
I wish I could leave photos of how moldy and absolutely disgusting my AC vent area is in the kitchen. There's green, orange, and black mold growing all over it in thick layers. I've had bronchitis horribly twice in 4 months. They make you sign a paper saying you won't be able to break a lease or get a lawyer involved for mold. I don't even remember signing it, but I apparently did. My restroom in my master bedroom has never been usable due to a cracked shower pan. It leaks into the half bathroom... downstairs. I've not had AC for a week. Nothing like working nights and coming home at 2am to an 88 degree apartment. Had to sleep on my couch downstairs in the living room. Just forget using the upstairs in the townhouse during summer. They will nickel and dime the crap out of you. There's a list of things they charge for when you move. $30 per sink! $25 per windowsill, $500 if there's a hole in the wall. Well, guess what happens when the restroom leaks! Caused a hole in the ceiling. It has very evidently been patched up several times, too. You could see they put a square piece of cardboard over it, glued it over the hole, and painted and texturized the ceiling so you couldn't tell. This whole experience makes me hate Louisville and totally regret leaving Missouri. I can't wait to go back. The office staff here just lies lies lies to get you to stop bothering them. They won't send over proof that we pay rent on time to my new apartment complex. Randomly show up to fix all these issues I've had work orders on for 6 months (that got marked as fixed and nobody came out to fix) the day my new apartment tried to call for this verification they can't seem to fork up. It's all ridiculous. If you still decide to move here, you're dumb and good luck. It's a shame this place costs so much. Even my cat is sick from the mold. He sneezes and is wheezing all the time just like me and my husband. It feels like it is killing me slowly and I have to get out of this hell hole. DO NOT....ABSOLUTELY DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE MOVE HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT, AND YOU MAY HAVE IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO YOUR LUNGS.
