We’ve been living at overture andalucia for 7 months now and our experience has exceeded our expectation. Management has been thoughtful and responsive. The community is vibrant with more activities (both resident run and management offers) than we have time for. We are very happy to br here.

i have lived here for 1 1/2 years and I am very happy here. The amenities are great; I especially like that the pool is open every day of the year. There are exercise classes that I attend and are free. There are many activities and clubs a resident can join and there is something for everyone. The Staff are friendly, helpful, professional and patient.

Apartment is fine although sloppy vinyl floor installation means black gunk in many places on the floor. Communication good, many activities planned.

Overture Andalucia is the nicest place I've ever lived in and this includes owning a prior home once for over 25 years. I am very happy living here . The staff is a team of professional people . The neighbors are kind . I love the exercise classes and other activities they offer. Staff works very hard to keep the place looking great. The happy hours are also much appreciated.
