To qualify for these apartments, income limits apply. All applicants... will be screened for eligibility. If your income exceeds the limits below, you are not eligible for the Hancock Court. Maximum income for:
1 person: $57,900 yearly
2 people: $66,200 yearly
Applications will be available during the following dates:
Monday, March 2, 2026, through Friday, April 3, 2026
This is a firm timeframe. Applications will not be available outside of these dates.
You may obtain applications in the following ways during the dates above:
1) By Phone: Call the office using the "Contact This Property" phone number on this listing, Monday through Friday 10AM to 4PM and request an application to be sent by mail.
2) In Person: Come to the Management Office located at 25 School Street, Quincy, MA Monday through Friday 10AM to 4PM.
3) By E-mail: send a message requesting an application using the "Contact This Property" send message feature on this listing. Please note that for this option you must have the ability to print the application once it has been emailed to you.
