They charge an arm and leg and raise the rent every time you need to sign a new lease. There is no handicap entrance/accessibility. The price they charge is too much for the size of apartment.

I have been living here for about 2 1/2 years and enjoy it. I havent had any problems or anything. they give a little discount if you pay your next months rent before the First of that month ( pay Sept rent before end of Aug). Each apartment has their own say central air and I had a problem with it last year but it was fixed right away. Management has been on top of everything and fixes things pretty fast. Nice neighbors, very friendly and no problems with any of them. there are 3 floors with... the first floor being kind of like the basement. I live on 3rd floor and have roughly 20 steps to go up so it isnt to bad. Some neighbors even offer to help with things if they see you have your hands full. Nice place to live and rent is very reasonable too. they have one and two bedroom apartments that I feel and think are a nice size. Lots of closet space and nice size walk in closet in bedroom. No smoking allowed in the building at all, and no pets allowed either. That would be the only bad thing I would say is the no pets, other than that everything is very nice Read More
