A recent incident happened at your establishment that disturbed me greatly and caused me to pen this complaint.

It would be very helpful if the current office manager had a heart and more compassion for seniors, instead of being incompetent and untruthful when dealing with people who are eighty years plus. It does not matter how many seniors you are dealing with, each and every one are humans and unique.

Most, if not all of the seniors have family members who love them, and are concerned... about their well being. Their age should be considered when talking to them about pertinent information they need to provide. Additionally, they have family members' names and phone numbers on file to contact if needed.

A competent office manager will not be too quick to dismiss a senior without first contacting a family member. The same energy and time it takes to serve an eviction notice, could be given to make sure all steps have been taken before making hasty decisions.

It's a blessing to have a job and to serve seniors. Why not do it professionally while striving to get the job done and treating our seniors with respect and honor? Only God knows our future and the kind of care we will need one day. Read More
