We are so pleased to be a part of this community. We just love our home here. Been around 2 and 1/2 years already. Have always lived in a single home in the grosse pte area for 50 years. Best decision we ever made.

There are little to no amenities, the grounds are run down. Preventative maintenance is non existent, unless requested by tenant. No noticeable action on those who are violating their leases

Love Ashby Preserve been a resident for about five years and we love it. The office is always a available and ready to help. Maintenance is always there when needed and the homes and cute.
